Owner Representation
As the Owner's Representative on their project, galleprojects provides project assessment, planning assistance, issue prioritization, scheduling and sequence assistance. Most importantly, as the Owner's Representative , GalleProjects provides personal project involvement and presence throughout the life of the project.
By establishing a strong relationship with the Owner and gaining an clear, mutual understanding of the goals for the project, we are able to relieve the Owner from excessive time commitments without sacrificing strategic involvement and awareness about the project. This representation also allows the Owner to maintain their focus on their main business and highest priorities.
Program Management
Similar to Owner Representation in that galleprojects can serve as the Owner's educated eyes and ears for a project, the firm can expand it's role in projects on a more global basis through Program Management . These services include project feasibility analysis, total project planning, role definitions and assignments, acquisition of additional professional services and project sequence establishment. As Program Manager, galleprojects helps the Client organize and define a project, determine project demands, identify critical project activities, assemble strategically capable teams of professionals and oversee their performance from project conceptualization through completion. Clients with more sophisticated projects with multiple project components and numerous players will find these services especially beneficial.
Development Assistance
galleprojects works with Owners, Contractors and Developers to help ideas and concepts to become viable projects. Services include business/site opportunity identification, project conceptualization and scope definition, masterplan development, assembly of strategically capable teams of professionals and resources for every aspect critical to project development. Some of these representatives and resources include financial services options advice, development incentives assistance, tenant and user identification, land owners identification, developers and facility operators. galleprojects also provides pre-design and programming services, project entitlement and approval assistance, and oversight of other project entities as directed by our Clients. Whether traditional design-bid-build, design-build or negotiated construction approaches are used, galleprojects' experience and capabilities in all aspects of the project development process provides Development Assistance that will assure the achievement of the Client's goals in the most effective manner.
